watch the latest episode of your favourite soap, or the latest
match.
Knowhow can repair the main brands of LED, LCD and
plasma TVs at our state of the art TV repair workshop,
including Samsung, LG, Toshiba and Panasonic. For minor faults
having your TV repaired can be a lot cheaper than buying a brand
new one.
It doesn't matter where you bought your TV, if it needs repairing call us to arrange collection.
Know it all
Our TV repair service is ideal if your TV is no longer covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Here’s how it works:
- Phone our Contact Centre on 0344 561 1234 to book a repair
- You’ll pay a £95 service charge which covers courier costs and labour costs
- Once we receive your TV, we will call you with any additional cost for parts and if you agree to proceed, we will take payment over the phone (in addition to your upfront service charge). If you would prefer not to proceed we’ll deliver your television straight back to you
- Once repaired, we’ll deliver the TV back to your home on a day to suit
- We give you a 3 month repair guarantee on the repair which starts when you collect your TV from the store
