If your trusty desktop computer breaks down it can be frustrating and inconvenient. Knowhow can repair your desktop computer for you, in store or at our state-of-the-art computer repair lab.

Regardless of where you bought it, bring your desktop PC into a PC World or Currys with a Knowhow Service Bar and we'll give you a consultation, for free.
 

Know it all

Our Desktop Repair service is ideal if your desktop is no longer covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Here’s how it works:

• Bring your desktop to a PC World or Currys with a Knowhow Service Bar and we'll give you a consultation, free of charge. You don’t need to bring the monitor, keyboard or mouse
• To fix your PC we charge £60 plus parts
• If parts are needed we will send your desktop to our state-of-the-art repair lab. Our Knowhow Contact Centre will call you with the cost of any replacement parts and if you agree to proceed, we will take payment over the phone (in addition to your upfront service charge)
• We’ll send your desktop computer back to the store for you to collect
• We give you a 3 month guarantee on the repair, which starts when you collect your desktop computer from the store
