Our Laptop & Netbook Repairs service is ideal if your laptop is no longer covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Here’s how it works:
- Bring your laptop to Knowhow at PC World or Currys and we'll give you a free consultation
- We'll fix it in store or send it away to our state-of-the-art repair lab
- You’ll pay a £60 one-off repair charge plus parts
- Our Knowhow Contact Centre will call you with the cost of any replacement parts needed & if you agree to proceed, we will take payment over the phone (in addition to your one-off service charge)
- We’ll send your laptop or netbook back to the store for you to collect
- We give you a 3 month repair guarantee on the repair which starts when you collect your laptop or netbook from the store
