Know it all

Our TV repair service is ideal if your TV is no longer covered by manufacturer’s warranty. Here’s how it work

• Phone us on 1 890 818 575 to book a repair
• You’ll pay a €100 service charge which covers courier costs and diagnostics
• Once we receive your TV, we will call you with the cost of the repair and if you agree to proceed, we will take payment over the phone (in addition to your upfront service charge)
• We’ll send your TV back to your home, at a time to suit you
• We give you a 3 month warranty on the repair which starts when you collect your TV from the store
